Jeff Kromer
Artist, Limited Editions, Illustrator, Painter, Screenwriter

"My work is a fusion between abstract figurative and surrealism. I consider myself a two - dimensional sculptor because my process of creating involves layering images, lines and shapes through various mediums. I'm fascinated with mythology, folklore, labrynths, animals, shapes in nature and most importantly the human condition, how we relate to our environment and each other as human beings. I hope to captivate the viewer and take them on a journey through my whims and desires, ultimately leading them down a path they will have to travel alone. To me, the mystery and wonder in a work is a puzzle the viewer must unravel and decide for themselves what is being presented to them. I take great joy in creating, so i believe the act of drawing and painting to be as important as the finished product. I graduated with a BFA in Painting from the Savannah College of Art and Design and acquired teacher certification from Millersville University. My work belongs in numerous collections and has been exhibited in the United States and Europe." - Jeff Kromer

Kromer currently resides in Pennsylvania and was the Set Designer at Ephrata Performing Arts Center and graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design.
